Each 5 mL of The ONE Mitochondrial Optimizer  delivers 400 mg of Sun Horse Proprietary Adaptogenic Liquid Herbal Blend, 7 mg BioPQQ® (Pyrroloquinoline Quinone Disodium Salt), 30 mg of CoQ10 (as Ubiquinone), 15 mg Resveratrol (from Japanese Knotweed root extract) and 5 mg DeltaGOLD® Tocotrienols. A serving size is 1 teaspoon (5 ml). Each bottle contains 20 servings.

Suggested Use: Take 1 teaspoon per day. Hold in mouth for 30 seconds or more before swallowing. May be mixed into water. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals.
